Tiffany Grissom bio

During the past twenty years I’ve had the opportunity to work with various populations as a Probation Officer with Maricopa County Adult Probation. I have 10 years of experience with treatment courts. As a supervisor, I implemented the Maricopa County Veterans Court in 2010 and remained working with the unit for 8 years. Over the past year I’ve been working in the Maricopa County’s Drug Court program. I continue to learn the practices of the Drug Court program and consistently work with the team to ensure we are applying best practices to the program in an effort to provide continued improvement as research becomes available to utilize data driven decision making to improve outcomes. I’ve been engaged with the AADCP annual conference planning committee while serving as the Veterans Court representative. Throughout my career thus far, I’ve enjoyed the treatment court assignments the most. Working side by side with professionals from diverse disciplines in a team environment and witnessing successful outcomes contributed to my passion for the treatment courts. Working together with passionate Judges, Probation Officers, Attorneys, community stakeholders and treatment providers provides successful results and ultimately stronger and safer communities. I’m grateful for this opportunity to continue working with enthusiastic individuals who are committed to enhancing our communities and the overall well-being of individuals.
